Our Bronze cover service plan provides cover to protect against the costs associated with the breakdown of your gas boiler and controls.

  • What's included:
  • Annual boiler service
  • Repairs to your boiler controls and components to include your thermostat and programmer
  • Repairs to your boiler to restore heating and hot water by one of our Gas Safe engineers

  • Main Exclusions:
  • Removal of debris, sludge or scale or repairing the damage it may have caused to your system or boiler
  • Limited to 5 call outs per year
  • Repairs to your central heating system, including radiators and hot water cylinder
  • Fixing taps, showers and any parts or pumps associated
  • Problems caused by blocked or frozen condensate pipework
  • Faults caused by someone else you used for repairs or design faults
