Our Gold cover service plan provides cover to protect against the costs associated with the breakdown of your gas boiler, controls, central heating, plumbing and drainage.

  • Repairs to your gas central heating system to include your boiler, controls, radiators, and hot water cylinder
  • Unlimited call outs
  • Repairs to the plumbing system in your home
  • Unblocking of your drains and waste pipes to restore flow
  • Annual service of your boiler
  • Main Exclusions:
  • Removal of debris, sludge or scale or repairing the damage it may have caused to your system or boiler
  • Fixing taps, showers and any parts or pumps associated
  • Shared drains
  • Faults caused by someone else you used for repairs or design faults
