With our boiler cover service plans, you can protect your system, knowing if there is a problem one of our local Gas Safety Engineers will be on hand when you need help.

Bronze Cover

Our Bronze cover service plan provides cover to protect against the costs associated with the breakdown of your gas boiler and controls.
£ 14 Per Month
  • Repairs to your boiler controls and components to include your thermostat and programmer
  • Repairs to your boiler to restore heating and hot water by one of our Gas Safe engineers

Silver Cover

Our Silver cover service plan provides cover to protect against the costs associated with the breakdown of your gas boiler, controls, and central heating system.
£ 17 Per Month
  • Repairs to your gas central heating system to include your boiler, controls, radiators, and hot water cylinder
  • Replacement of the parts if we cannot repair by one of our Gas Safe engineers
  • Annual service of your boiler

Gold Cover

Our Gold cover servie plan provides cover to protect against the costs associated with the breakdown of your gas boiler, controls, central heating, plumbing and drainage.
£ 21 Per Month
  • Repairs to your gas central heating system to include your boiler, controls, radiators, and hot water cylinder
  • Unlimited call outs
  • Repairs to the plumbing system in your home
  • Unblocking of your drains and waste pipes to restore flow
  • Annual service of your boiler

Landlord Cover

Our Landlord cover service plan provides cover to protect against the costs associated with the breakdown of your gas boiler, controls, and central heating system in your rental property.
£ 19 Per Month
  • Cover also includes an annual boiler service, gas safety check and gas safety certificate (CP12).
 As a landlord it is a legal requirement to have a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) for all the gas appliances that belong to you. One of our Gas Safety Engineers can carry out a safety check to make sure your boiler is safe and working efficiently. During the safety check the engineer will:
  • Check signs of wear
  • Check for leaks
  • Ensure there are no carbon monoxide leaks
  • Test the gas pressure
  • Complete a Gas Safety Certificate
  • Reschedule an annual safety check

Landlord Safety Check and Service

Our Landlord cover service plan provides cover to protect against the costs associated with the breakdown of your gas boiler, controls, and central heating system in your rental property.
£ 95 One-Off Payment
  • As a landlord it is a legal requirement to have a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) for all the gas appliances that belong to you. One of our Gas Safety Engineers can carry out a safety check to make sure your boiler is safe and working efficiently. During the safety check the engineer will:
  • Check signs of wear
  • Check for leaks
  • Ensure there are no carbon monoxide leaks
  • Test the gas pressure
  • Complete a Gas Safety Certificate
  • Reschedule an annual safety check
  • Advise of any recommended works
  • Complete service record
  • We send out a reminder 1 month before the due date for your peace of mind.
